Job Description: eCommerce Intern (2025)
TikTok Commerce is seeking talented interns for its 2025 program. This internship, lasting 10-24 weeks, offers students industry exposure and hands-on experience within the rapidly growing eCommerce sector. Interns can apply for either a Project Intern or Program Intern position (a maximum of two applications). Onboarding dates are bi-weekly from January 6th to December 29th, 2025.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day account management operations.
• Support seller recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist sellers with campaign registration and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above with relevant business experience; effective communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; effective communication in both English and Mandarin (business proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/sellers).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in eCommerce/retail partner development, demonstrating the ability to develop new business relationships and scale existing ones; experience on both the platform and seller sides is highly preferred.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this internship in the selected city is $23.75-$23.75. Benefits include 100% premium coverage for full-time intern medical insurance (after 90 days), paid holidays, paid sick leave (amount based on start date), an Employee Assistance Program for mental and emotional health, and mobile phone expense reimbursement. Dental and vision coverage are not included. The company reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.
