Job Description: Early Talent Access Co-op
Job Title: Early Talent Access Co-op
Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026
Location & Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. A minimum of 3 days per week must be worked onsite in Needham, MA, with the remaining days worked remotely. Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance provided for this position.
Compensation Range:
The compensation ranges from $25/hr to $34/hr. Specific compensation will be determined according to a standardized scale aligned with the applicant’s educational level at the time of hire.

Role Overview:
The Early Talent Access Co-op is for individuals who are energized by connecting people with career opportunities, passionate about shaping the future of early career recruitment, and curious about how employer branding, innovative programming, and relationship-building create an exceptional candidate experience. This unique role offers hands-on experience in early talent strategy, full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and program development, making a tangible impact on the next generation of SharkNinjas. As a key member of the Talent Access team, the co-op will gain firsthand experience in these areas and hiring operations, collaborating cross-functionally to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The role provides an opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, from supporting interview coordination and building campus relationships to crafting compelling candidate content.
Key Responsibilities and Exciting Things You’ll Get to Do:
• Contribute to full-cycle recruiting efforts for interns and co-ops, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support SharkNinja’s Early Talent recruitment strategy by planning and attending campus events, developing university partnerships, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to create engaging content that promotes SharkNinja’s programs and culture across digital and campus channels.
• Assist with program design and delivery for interns and co-ops, which includes welcome activities, engagement events, and visibility opportunities.
• Research best practices and trends in early talent recruitment, diversity outreach, and intern engagement, and present insights to the team.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external events for candidates, interns, and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and candidate engagement data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
• Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve the recruitment and program experience.
Attributes & Skills Required:
• Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Availability: Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Visual Communication: Excellent visual communication skills with strong attention to detail and design, and the ability to tell data-driven stories visually.
• Adaptability: Adaptable and flexible, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Familiarity: Familiarity utilizing tools such as Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
• Event Experience: Experienced at planning and executing events.
• Mindset: A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for early career recruitment, employer branding, and helping others grow professionally.
• Preferred Experience: Prior student leadership experience preferred, including peer mentorship, orientation leadership, admissions, or student ambassador roles.
