This is an Early Careers Program role at Gotion Inc. The company, based in Silicon Valley, CA, and building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL, develops next-generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies, including lithium batteries. Gotion aims to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development, providing solutions for vehicles. The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed within the last 0–2 years; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Applying academic learning in a professional setting.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively; analytical and problem-solving mindset; curiosity, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn; ability to adapt to evolving work settings.
