Description: Early Career Student Program – Summer Internship (Mechanical Engineering)

This 12-week summer internship program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, exposure to senior leadership, and networking opportunities.

Internship Focus:

Mechanical Engineering students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree will gain experience in various areas, including:
• Product Development
• Failure Analysis
• Value Engineering
• Design
• Verification Testing

Program Benefits:

Opportunities for full-time employment: Interns are eligible to interview for the company’s full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Engineering or direct hire positions.
On-site experience: Internships are available at various facilities across North America.

Requirements

Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
At least one internship or work experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports teams, or exceptional work projects.
US citizenship or legal right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Compensation

Base pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (based on US national averages, actual pay may vary based on function, class year, and location).
