Description: Early Career Student Program – Summer Internship (Mechanical Engineering)
This 12-week summer internship program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, exposure to senior leadership, and networking opportunities.
Internship Focus:
• Mechanical Engineering students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree will gain experience in various areas, including:
• Product Development
• Failure Analysis
• Value Engineering
• Design
• Verification Testing
Program Benefits:
• Opportunities for full-time employment: Interns are eligible to interview for the company’s full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Engineering or direct hire positions.
• On-site experience: Internships are available at various facilities across North America.

Requirements
• Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports teams, or exceptional work projects.
• US citizenship or legal right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
Compensation
• Base pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (based on US national averages, actual pay may vary based on function, class year, and location).
