Job Description: Early Career Student Program Internship – Mechanical Engineering

This 12-week summer internship program offers current college students working towards their Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering a chance to gain valuable experience and exposure within Trane Technologies.

Internship Assignments

Product Development: Design and improve existing or new products.
Failure Analysis: Investigate and solve problems with products.
Value Engineering: Optimize product design for cost-effectiveness.
Design: Create blueprints and specifications for products.
Verification Testing: Ensure product quality and performance meet standards.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
At least one internship or work experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (based on function, class year, and geographic location).
