Job Description: Early Career Student Program Internship – Mechanical Engineering
This 12-week summer internship program offers current college students working towards their Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering a chance to gain valuable experience and exposure within Trane Technologies.
Internship Assignments
• Product Development: Design and improve existing or new products.
• Failure Analysis: Investigate and solve problems with products.
• Value Engineering: Optimize product design for cost-effectiveness.
• Design: Create blueprints and specifications for products.
• Verification Testing: Ensure product quality and performance meet standards.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation:
• Base Pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (based on function, class year, and geographic location).
