Job Description:

Early Career Student Program Internship (Electrical Engineering)

Trane Technologies offers 12-week summer internships for students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. These internships provide valuable experience and exposure to the company’s senior leaders, culminating in potential full-time employment opportunities.

Internship Focus:

Challenging assignments in areas like Product Development, Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, Design, and Verification Testing.
Leadership training to enhance skills and prepare for future careers.
Networking opportunities with industry professionals.
Full-time job opportunities through the Accelerated Development Program or direct hire positions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Performance-driven and innovative leader
Strong collaborator with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
Problem solver with efficient work ethic and prioritization skills
Open to relocation anywhere in the United States
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Previous internship or work experience
Demonstrated leadership skills in areas like campus organizations, sports teams, or work projects
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (based on national averages and may vary depending on function, class year, and location)
