Job Description:
Lockheed Martin Space in White Sands Missile Range, NM, is seeking a full-time Early Career Spacecraft/Satellite Flight Operations TS/SCI.
This role involves supporting a 24/7 crew or direct support day staff position within Flight Operations. The position requires working rotating shifts. Lockheed Martin offers an extensive education and certification program to help you utilize your current engineering skills and enhance them in support of an important customer mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for spacecraft or satellites.
• Work in a team environment, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other flight operations personnel.
• Utilize your engineering skills to troubleshoot problems and ensure mission success.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new flight operations procedures.
Qualifications:
• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a science and technology-related program such as Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including US Citizenship.

• Experience working with on-orbit spacecraft or satellite flight operations

Security Clearance:
• This position requires a government security clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI required for this role.
Important Information:
• This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• The schedule for this position is a rotating 40-hour week as assigned by the leader.
This is a full-time opportunity with potential for relocation.
