Job Description: Early Career Spacecraft/Satellite Flight Operations TS/SCI

Lockheed Martin Space in White Sands Missile Range, NM, is seeking a full-time Early Career Spacecraft/Satellite Flight Operations TS/SCI. This role involves supporting a 24/7 crew or direct support day staff within Flight Operations. You must be willing to work rotating shifts to be considered. Lockheed Martin will train you through an extensive education and certification program to utilize your current engineering skills in support of a critical customer mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance your current engineering skills through an extensive education and certification program.
• Support a 24/7 crew or direct support day staff position within Flight Operations.
• Work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science and technology-related program such as Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• US Citizenship is required as this position will require a government security clearance.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

• Understanding of software/hardware infrastructure, middleware, and system architectures.

Other Important Information:

• This position is located at a facility requiring special access.
• This position is onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• Lockheed Martin offers a variety of alternate work schedules for employee flexibility, including standard 40-hour weeks and condensed schedules.
• The schedule for this position is a rotating 40-hour week as assigned by the leader.
