Garden State AGNC Inc. is actively seeking motivated, career-focused individuals eager to develop their skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role specifically designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in dynamic retail marketing.

What You’ll Do:
- Represent and promote client products directly in a retail setting.
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers, sharing current promotions within the retail sector.
- Deliver exceptional service while effectively identifying customer needs.
- Support new product launches and execute promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred (but not required – we train!).
- Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Possess reliable transportation and demonstrate consistent punctuality.
