About the Role:
This position is for an Early Career Information Systems Analyst specializing in Sustainment for the F-35 Global Fleet. You will be responsible for:
• Fleet Issue Mitigation Prioritization: Analyzing and prioritizing fleet issues to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Testing: Conducting testing of corrective actions and solutions for fleet issues.
• Customer Interactions: Engaging with military organizations across the globe to understand their needs and provide support.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of fleet issues, identifying root causes, and documenting corrective actions.
• Communication: Clearly communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, including written reports and presentations.
Requirements:
• US Citizenship: Required for security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree: In Engineering (Computer, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college, OR equivalent experience/combined education.
• IT Experience: Demonstrated experience with IT system/software development, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, and/or data collection.
Desired Skills:
• Tableau Experience: Familiarity with the data visualization software.
• SQL Developer Experience: Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
• Customer Support Experience: Experience in a help desk or similar support role.
