Job Description: Early Career Information Systems Analyst (Sustainment)

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Information Systems Analyst for sustainment. This role involves:

Fleet Issue Mitigation: Prioritizing and testing solutions for issues affecting the F-35 global fleet.
Customer Interaction: Working directly with military organizations worldwide to address F-35 issues.
Root Cause Analysis: Conducting root cause and corrective action analyses and documenting findings.
Communication: Effectively communicating (written and verbal) with customers and internal leadership.

This position requires:

• US Citizenship (due to security clearance requirements).
• Special access to a Lockheed Martin facility.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with information technology (IT) system/software development, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, and/or data collection.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with SQL developer
• Customer support experience (e.g., help desk support)

Security Clearance: A government security clearance is required. This means the candidate must be a US Citizen. The clearance level is Secret.

Work Arrangement: This position offers part-time remote telework, with the specific schedule determined during the hiring process. A standard 4×10 hour day (4 days a week, 10 hours per day), resulting in a 3-day weekend, is offered. Lockheed Martin also offers additional flexible work schedules.
