About the Role: e.l.f. Events/PR Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of e.l.f.’s operations, including supply chain management, marketing, and event management.

Responsibilities:

Special Events Preparation/Support: Assist with on-site and in-office event preparations, including logistics, setup, and organization. Contribute to gifting elements for events.
PR Send Outs: Organize and coordinate PR send outs by packaging and shipping products to influencers, journalists, and other stakeholders.
Product Orders: Assist with managing product orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining product inventory levels.
Managing Office/Supply Inventory: Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and products.

Requirements:

Current Student: Must be a rising sophomore or junior enrolled in an undergraduate program.
Location: Based in Los Angeles.
Commitment: 6-9 month verbal commitment.
Major: Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Time Commitment: Ability to dedicate 20-30 hours per week.
Office Presence: Ability to be on-site in the LA office 3 days per week.

• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving, coordination, and prioritization skills.
