Integrated Marketing & Promotion Manager Intern (TikTok Shop – Operations) – 2026 Summer (MBA) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is a 12-week internship at TikTok, likely located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is a global short-form mobile video platform, striving to inspire creativity and bring joy. This role is vital for scaling the #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt phenomenon and pioneering Content & Creator commerce in the US, contributing to TikTok’s mission to become a leading e-commerce platform of choice. Interns will gain hands-on experience and develop fundamental skills within an entrepreneurial team focused on shaping the future of shopping.

• Team: TikTok Shop US operation team, responsible for building TikTok Ecommerce partnerships.
• Mission: Support the execution of promotional campaigns and brand partnerships, while collaborating across teams to solve key challenges in business growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution Support: Support the execution of promotional campaigns targeting both end consumers and merchants.
• Awareness Initiatives: Partner on awareness-driving initiatives to amplify the platform’s presence.
• Partnership Management: Lead both internal and external brand partnerships for the TikTok Shop.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges impeding business growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an MBA Degree, with the intent to return to the degree program after the internship.
• Experience: Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, aligning with the provided start dates.
• Skills: Quick learning, proactive approach, and resilience in adapting to change, structured and original thinking, strong data sense, analytical skills, sound judgment, excellent communication, and cross-team collaboration, a drive for business speed, willingness to take calculated risks, and focus on key inputs to achieve ambitious goals.
• Bonus: Interest in e-commerce business; internship experience in e-commerce or a solid understanding of the social media industry landscape is a plus.
