E-Commerce Internship Program

The Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within the world of Armani. This program, held at the Giorgio Armani corporate office in NYC, will immerse you in the brand’s culture and provide you with the tools and skills to succeed in the e-commerce field.

Program Dates: September 16, 2024 – November 22, 2024

Responsibilities:

Conduct competitive analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and provide insightful interpretations to the E-Commerce Operations team.
Data analysis and reporting: Support weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting by learning to manipulate and analyze data.
Site merchandising: Understand and execute site merchandising strategies for digital and commercial campaigns.
Commercial strategy deployment: Learn to plan and execute effective commercial strategies, including newsletter sendings, copy optimization, and website content updates.
Performance marketing support: Assist in selecting assets and analyzing performance for marketing campaigns.
Trend analysis and market research: Identify future opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
Customer review management: Collect and analyze customer reviews to identify actionable insights that maximize online revenue.
Product lifecycle management: Understand and learn the online product lifecycle for seasonal purchases, including publication and execution of site merchandising strategies.

Who You Are:

• You demonstrate a strong interest in business and organizational goals, with a desire to learn about the world of Armani.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a meticulous attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments.
• Previous work experience or internships in related fields are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program.
• Unpaid internship – proof of school credit required.
• Must be available for a minimum of 3 days in office.
