Salary Range (for California Residents): The minimum salary for this Intern position is $17.50 per hour, and the maximum is $17.81 per hour. The exact compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

About The Role:
This internship is specifically designed for current college students (undergraduate or graduate) who are seeking a career in commercial real estate. The program’s goal is to provide participants with a well-rounded understanding of the commercial real estate business and to help them gain valuable skills by working alongside dedicated professionals within CBRE. The internship aims to accelerate learning and development, providing a strong foundation for building a commercial real estate sales career. It offers an “outstanding perspective” on CBRE’s coordinated service lines. Interns will also engage in learning and development activities tailored specifically for them.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
The intern will be involved in a variety of tasks crucial to commercial real estate operations:
• Conducting detailed company, property, and industry-specific research.
• Managing and updating prospect information within an internal tracking database.
• Assisting in the development and preparation of professional marketing and presentation materials.
• Tracking local and regional economic and market activity, including:
• Economy status.
• Employment statistics.
• Company activities.
• Industry trends.
• Demographics that influence the local real estate market.
• Contributing to various projects that support business development efforts.
• Providing support for current deals, which includes:
• Conducting market surveys.
• Reviewing and summarizing proposals.
• Performing lease reviews.
• Conducting financial analysis.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
Candidates for this internship are expected to have a strong academic background and specific qualities:
• Must be a current college junior, senior, or graduate-level student.
• Must be graduating in 2026.
• Possess a strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with at least intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills.
• Ability to network and interact professionally with both internal colleagues and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce, and Tableau is considered a plus.
