Job Description:
ISC Engineering is seeking a Drafter to join their team. The Drafter will play a crucial role in upholding ISC’s culture of integrity while contributing their diverse skill set. The ideal candidate performs assignments under the guidance of a senior-level designer/engineer. The incumbent must be capable of generating working documents from rough sketches or 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Has knowledge of common industrial standards and drafting requirements. Assignments have clear and specific objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate working drawings from 3D Models.
• Prepare design drawings from sketches.
• Prepares project drawing checklist.
• Review and check drawings for owner drafting standard compliance.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in drafting
• 2 years of experience in drafting.
• Experience and judgment to be utilized with various computer software packages and automated engineering and design equipment.
