What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Manage merchandise processing and daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization.
• Standard Execution: Consistently execute and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all retail activities.
• Efficiency Driver: Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and enhance overall productivity.
• Team Leadership: Oversee staff performance, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment through effective guidance and development.
• Customer Experience: Contribute to maintaining an environment that delivers a high-quality shopping experience for all customers.

• Background: Career level of Manager, with core domain knowledge in retail operations, merchandise processing, and the execution of operational standards.
• Experience: Proven hands-on leadership experience within a retail environment. Demonstrated experience in overseeing staff performance and contributing to team development.
