Job Description:

SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified DoD SkillBridge Internship Program participant. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments in various technical and engineering disciplines.

Primary Focus: Software, mechanical, electrical, systems, radio frequency (RF), and electronics engineering, with an emphasis on defense-related projects.
• SEACORP values experience in cryptology, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, computer science, software development, electronics, installation, RADAR, signals processing, avionics, and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Assist in creating and executing engineering plans, including research, prototyping, testing, and analysis.
• Contribute to the development of software applications, mechanical components, electrical systems, or electronic devices, depending on your area of expertise.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Support the integration and testing of new technologies and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
• Document and communicate engineering findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Technical school/military training desired.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant military experience.
Citizenship: Must hold U.S. Citizenship
Clearance: Secret

Location: Middletown, RI

Work Environment:

• Office & Computer Laboratories.
• Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens.
