Polaris Digital & Information Technology Internship Program
This 12-week program is designed for future leaders who thrive in a culture of innovation, passion, and collaboration. As a D&IT Intern, you will gain real-world experience and exposure across various aspects of the company, including:
• Predictive Data Science
• Infrastructure: L2 Client, Collaboration, Database, Desktop, DevOps, Network, Systems
• Information Security
• Product Management
• Software
• Digital Marketing Operations
This program serves as a stepping stone to Polaris’ rotational leadership development program, providing you with the foundational skills and experiences necessary for career success. Exceptional interns may be offered a returning internship or even a full-time position upon completion.

Internship Locations:
While many D&IT Interns are based at the corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, opportunities exist in various locations:
• Osceola, WI
• Roseau, MN
• Spirit Lake, IA
• Huntsville, AL
• Wyoming, MN
• Battle Ground, WA
• Wilmington, OH
• Vermillion, SD
Selection Process:
• Applications are open from September to December 2024.
• You will participate in a MS Teams panel interview with an HR business partner and a functional leader.
• Upon accepting an offer, you will partner with the Early Talent team to be matched to a specific intern role/project, team, and location through an intern matching process.
Relocation Assistance:
Polaris offers a relocation program for eligible interns through Weichert Workforce Mobility. If your home address is 35 miles or more from the office location, you will receive a lump sum payment (grossed up to offset tax liability), access to a relocation counselor, and assistance in securing short-term housing. You will be responsible for daily transportation to/from the office.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree with a technical emphasis (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems/Tech, MIS, Data Science, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber/Network Security/Engineering)
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Ability to complete a full 12-week internship working 40 hours per week (May/June-August 2025)
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to participate in the intern matching process
• Proven strengths in analysis, problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Completion of at least two years of university coursework
• Previous internship/co-op experience
• Previous leadership experience in work, organizations, or classrooms
