## Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a Distribution Programs Administration Coordinator to join their Meter Reading & Work Order Management Team in Cypress, TX. The role involves providing administrative support to management and staff, including:

• Preparing, coordinating, analyzing, and critiquing business correspondence, contracts, and project documents.
• Monitoring compliance and non-compliance to departmental policies and procedures.
• Managing data bases such as SAP, CRM, ARO, Excel, Access, and the Consolidated Joint Trench Website.
• Generating and analyzing reports from various data sources.
• Coordinating issue resolution with supervision and staff.
• Handling transactions related to electric service identifiers, billing codes, account transfers, and final bills.
• Resolving discrepancies in outdoor lighting accounting, billing, and inventory.
• Creating and reviewing SAP work orders.
• Communicating with various stakeholders, including government entities, developers, contractors, and customers.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Processing invoices, reimbursements, and payments.

## Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative or office-related experience (may be substituted with college coursework).
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of making sound decisions.
