Job Description: Disney+ Loyalty Program Intern
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of the Disney+ loyalty program across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The intern will contribute to driving brand advocacy, retention, and engagement through the development and implementation of loyalty campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Campaign Roadmap & Execution: Maintain and execute the Loyalty Campaign roadmap, ideating and executing loyalty initiatives.
• Campaign Management: Update and maintain campaign calendars, track performance, and share best practices with regional markets.
• Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with Disney+ brand leads, cross-functional teams (LOBs), Legal, and Disney+ product teams.
• Asset & Workflow Management: Manage the assets and execution workflow for loyalty campaigns.
• Trend Tracking & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on the latest loyalty strategies employed by other over-the-top (OTT) players in the region.
• Test & Learn Approach: Embrace a test-and-learn approach to optimize campaign strategies.
• Collaboration & Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, business reviews, and campaign reviews. Think creatively to develop new concepts and ideas while working with existing assets.
• Synergy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with different lines of business to understand synergies for marketing campaigns.
Internship Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Must be available for a full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January and June 2025.
• Strong interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel.
• Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for consumer marketing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving environment and thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and inquisitive, able to propose information and solutions creatively.
• Passionate team player with a thirst for knowledge and a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet competing deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategy development and decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Keynote.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
