This internship is open to all eligible students, and Deloitte encourages applications from students who identify as Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races.

# Work You’ll Do

• Throughout the internship, students will be assigned to one or more client projects, receiving mentorship and support to ensure success.
• Beyond client work, interns will participate in a variety of learning and networking events, both national and local.
• There will be ongoing learning opportunities such as lunch and learns, industry/service line spotlights, and regularly scheduled training to develop technical and client service skills.
• Interns will gain firsthand experience of a career at Deloitte and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network.
• Social activities will provide additional networking opportunities with Deloitte professionals.
• Interns are expected to adapt to change, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, self-confidence, and a team-oriented approach.

# How You’ll Grow

• Each intern is assigned a mentorship team consisting of a counselor and an onboarding advisor.
• Counselors, usually managers or senior managers, provide career guidance and feedback.
• Onboarding advisors are peers who serve as “buddies” to answer questions and provide insights on making the most of the internship experience.
• Additional mentors, both formal and informal, will be identified during the internship.
• These mentor relationships can extend beyond the internship, offering a way to stay connected to Deloitte while back at school.
• There is a formal goal-setting and evaluation process throughout the internship.
• Depending on performance and other factors, Discovery Interns may have the opportunity to receive a subsequent internship opportunity at Deloitte.
