Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Disbursement Specialist to join our team in a full-time, entry-level capacity. This on-site role is based in our Plano, TX office and is integral to ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of day-to-day disbursement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the set-up of wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Accurately process check requests according to established procedures.
• Coordinate and utilize courier services for timely delivery of documents and payments.
• Consistently meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
