The Tone:
This is a full-time leadership role at HHM Hotels, located in the Philadelphia Corporate Office. HHM Hotels is a leading hotel management and investment company with a portfolio of over 200 hotels and resorts across North America, including over 40 independent luxury and lifestyle hotels. This role offers high visibility and is crucial for driving the company’s corporate finance, strategy, planning, and analysis functions to support long-term organizational goals and capital allocation.

• Mission: Owns the company’s corporate finance, strategy, planning, and analysis functions to support long-term organizational goals and capital allocation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Corporate Strategy & Executive Support: Drive corporate finance strategy and provide high-level analysis and support to the executive team for key decisions.
• M&A & Capital Transactions: Lead due diligence and execution for mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancing activities across the portfolio.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with corporate lenders and collaborate with the executive team on critical shareholder and board communications.
• Financial Compliance & Planning: Oversee compliance and reporting for corporate loans and shareholders, managing capital planning and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or Real Estate.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or a comparable professional services role at a top-tier institution.
• Skills: Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: An MBA is preferred.
