• Mission: Provide centralized oversight for the organization’s ethics and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to plans and policies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Leadership: Provide centralized oversight and management of the corporate compliance and ethics program, actively fostering a culture of ethical and compliant behavior.
• Strategic Development: Collaborate with the compliance committee and governing body to develop, routinely review, and revise the code of ethics, business conduct, and annual compliance work plan.
• Team Management: Lead, manage, recruit, interview, hire, train, and conduct performance evaluations for compliance program team members, including direct reports.
• Investigations & Action: Coordinate and/or manage internal investigations of alleged ethics and compliance violations, ensuring prompt corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Advisory & Reporting: Advise the governing body, senior leadership, employees, and affiliates on ethics and business conduct issues, providing periodic reports on program activities and risks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, local, and other applicable healthcare-related laws and regulations at a Director level.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience specifically in a post-acute healthcare compliance role, coupled with a background in management and strong supervisory skills.
• Skills: Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance; strong program administration, investigation, and enforcement capabilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement across all organizational levels.
• Bonus: CHC certification and/or a clinical background are preferred qualifications.
