What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and implement strategic transformation plans aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives.
• Build, lead, and define the mission of a high-performing transformation team, fostering specialist capabilities and impactful results.
• Oversee comprehensive transformation programs, managing schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, and ensuring transparent reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing direction, consultancy, and support to align requirements and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, establish change management capabilities, and manage projects for benefits realization and compliance with regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field, with proven experience in a senior transformation or change management role.
• Experience: Significant experience in a senior transformation or change management role, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities; strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience in Lean process optimization, agile methodologies, and hands-on change management; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a related field.
