What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee the entire resident admissions process, guaranteeing a smooth and effortless transition for all incoming residents.
• Secure and manage all necessary records and documentation required to successfully complete each resident’s admission.
• Work collaboratively with residents and their family members, guiding them through the comprehensive completion of all required admission paperwork.
• Coordinate the meticulous preparation of new residents’ rooms, ensuring they are appropriately set up and fully ready before their scheduled arrival.
• Apply your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure new residents are comfortable and safe from the moment they arrive.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director level. Applicants must hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, establishing a foundational educational background for this critical role within the admissions framework.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of direct experience in a marketing role or a similar client-facing position is required, demonstrating a proven ability to manage processes and interact effectively.
• Skills: Key skills include exceptional attention to detail for managing sensitive resident information and documentation, strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working effectively with residents and their families, and robust organizational skills to efficiently manage the admission pipeline.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, significantly enhancing the candidate’s profile, especially when combined with two (2) years of directly related experience, indicating a deeper level of expertise and commitment.
