What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Leadership: Direct the overarching Global Subsidiary Banking strategy and business development activities by harmonizing local aspirations with broader regional and global imperatives, and discern emerging business opportunities to fortify the organization’s standing.
• Portfolio Growth & Management: Administer and expand the Global Subsidiary Banking portfolio comprising multinational corporations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, devising comprehensive business plans aimed at achieving revenue targets, profitability, and new client acquisition.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the principal relationship owner for key Global Subsidiary Banking clients, engaging with senior management and C-suite levels to sustain enduring connections, and collaborating extensively with product partners to augment client wallet share.
• Deal Execution & Risk Governance: Supervise deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution across various lending products and capital markets transactions, while maintaining responsibility for portfolio quality and ensuring effective risk governance with control functions.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Global Subsidiary Banking team by fostering a culture of high performance, providing guidance on client management strategies, and supporting talent development initiatives including succession planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline, with a focus on corporate banking and multinational client portfolios.
• Experience: At least 12 to 15 years of relevant banking experience, including significant exposure to corporate banking, transaction banking, or multinational client coverage, alongside proven leadership and people management skills.
• Skills: Strong understanding of corporate banking products, treasury solutions, credit risk management, financial analysis, regulatory requirements, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience working within regional and international banking environments.
