Job Title: Direct-to-Consumer Sales Internship

### Program Overview

Participate in a comprehensive 10-week summer internship program designed to immerse you in the dynamic world of Medicare business and health insurance sales. This program offers a structured training curriculum focused on serving Medicare-eligible members and prospects seeking health care coverage.

### What You Will Experience:

Structured Training: Engage in a comprehensive and structured training curriculum, including in-depth insights into the Medicare business.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with professionals and peers, building a valuable network within the industry.
Skill Development: Receive basic technical skills training and participate in a speaker series for broader industry exposure.
Enrichment Activities: Benefit from additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program.
Sales & Presentation Skills: Develop and refine your selling and presentation skills through:
• Selling competitions
• Simulated practice scenarios
• Hands-on projects
• Job shadowing experiences
Industry Exposure: Gain exposure to our end-to-end sales process, the intricacies of health insurance, our consumer base, and the critical role our organization plays in the market.
Sales Model Understanding: Achieve a deep understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model and its strategic importance in overall distribution.
Hands-on Sales Support: Support agent interactions by assisting with inquiries and providing relevant information and resources. This will be done either directly or through collaborative team efforts, offering hands-on exposure to sales and sales support processes, and contributing to a high-quality agent experience.

### Requirements:

Academic Status: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. *This internship is not intended for graduating seniors.• • Field of Study: Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Academic Year: Must be a Rising Senior during the summer of 2026.
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.

### Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $18 – $32 per hour.
