What You’ll Actually Do
• Core Fundamentals: Learn the principles of direct sales, field marketing, campaign execution, and business development through structured, hands-on training.
• Direct Engagement: Execute outreach campaigns across the Greater New Orleans area, representing world-class financial brands with an elite professional presence.
• Executive Mentorship: Work directly alongside experienced industry leaders who will coach, mentor, and guide your professional development.
• Campaign & Team Operations: Gain direct exposure to client relations, account tracking, field logistics, and team management.
• Leadership Advancement: Take on increasing responsibility and project management tasks as you fast-track into junior and senior leadership roles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred (all majors welcome), or equivalent professional experience focused on leadership development.
• Experience: No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided; a proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to operational excellence are key.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to captivate and engage any audience, along with a self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
• Bonus: Background in athletics, student organizations, internships, or team leadership is a major plus, and candidates must currently reside in or be able to commute daily to our Greater New Orleans office.
