Digital Transformation & AI Automation Intern

Location: Onsite in Milpitas, CA (not open to remote status)
Compensation: $30 per hour base pay, holiday pay, and access to the onsite fitness center.
About the Role
As a Digital Transformation & AI Automation Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving innovation within the organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable technical and business skills by contributing to impactful changes.
You Will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to solution design for various projects.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI automation tools, build effective prompts, and develop agentic AI solutions to streamline processes.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven automation, digital transformation tools, and platforms, directly contributing to significant organizational improvements.
- Assist in the comprehensive analysis and documentation of current business processes, identifying key areas ripe for digital enhancement and innovation.
- Help monitor project progress diligently and prepare clear, concise reports or engaging presentations for various stakeholders.
You Are
- Actively seeking a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrating a strong interest in project management and organizational development.
- Possessing advanced proficiency in artificial intelligence, complemented by robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
- Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex challenges.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Organized and capable of managing competing priorities efficiently.
- Passionate about the gaming and/or PC industry, aligning with CORSAIR’s core business.
- Actively enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution and have completed at least one year of education.
- Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship during one of the following periods:
- May 27 – August 13, 2026
- June 16 – September 13, 2026
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
