Digital Sales & Operations Curricular Internship | Bosch

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Bosch, located in Piemonte, Italy. Bosch is a leading global supplier of technology and services, with this role focusing on its Automotive Aftermarket Sales Team. This position is crucial for improving daily commercial and logistics activities by integrating digital tools, data analysis, and artificial intelligence into existing processes. The intern will help automate repetitive tasks, allowing the team to concentrate on high-value contributions and driving the digital evolution of sales and logistics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide assistance to sales and logistics activities through data analysis and the implementation of smart automation tools.
• Monitor: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively track commercial and operational key performance indicators.
• Simplify: Utilize AI-based tools to streamline repetitive tasks, such as reporting, data preparation, and analysis.
• Improve: Collaborate with the team to identify process inefficiencies and propose practical ideas for improvement.
• Connect: Act as a bridge between business needs and available digital solutions, ensuring alignment and effective implementation.
• Visualize: Create clear and effective data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders to understand complex insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Management Engineering, Digital Business, or similar fields, with a strong interest in sales and business processes.
• Experience: No specific years required. Practical experience with data analysis and digital tools.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; proactive mindset; curiosity and willingness to learn; practical, problem-solving attitude; ability to translate data into business insights; fluent Italian and good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
• Bonus: Hands-on experience in automation, AI, and business intelligence; familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI or similar; knowledge of programming languages like Python; basic understanding of sales or supply chain processes.
