Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves hybrid work, with required in-office days.

This is a paid internship for Fall 2025, typically spanning 10-14 weeks. It is designed for undergraduate or graduate students seeking real-world learning opportunities and can be completed for academic credit. The program aims to provide valuable work experience, develop leadership capabilities, and allow interns to make a tangible impact on the business. Interns will gain insights into the operations of a global hospitality company and work alongside experienced team members.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing efforts of Delaware North Boston Holdings. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, corporate partnerships, and other internal departments to ensure consistent digital asset alignment across all channels.
Reporting & Analytics: Assist the digital team in preparing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Social Media Management: Plan monthly organic social content specifically for the e-commerce business, engaging with content scheduling tools and direct organic platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Email Marketing Support: Assist the Email Marketing Manager with project managing email requests within Salesforce, ensuring all required assets are included, stakeholders review drafts, and necessary approvals are obtained.
Content Creation: Produce various types of content, including photos and videos, with an appropriate tone and style, to promote new items on the Boston ProShop social media platforms.
Digital Asset Auditing: Conduct audits of Boston Bruins and TD Garden-owned digital assets to identify and rectify inconsistencies or outdated information.
Research & Strategy: Research current digital trends and best practices to inform and contribute to upcoming season marketing strategies.

More About You (Qualifications & Requirements):
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, or Communications, or a recent graduate in one of these fields.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Required: Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Preferred: Familiarity with social media platforms and various reporting tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Khoros, Sprout, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or a similar CRM.
A Plus: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Availability: Must be available to come into the corporate office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Shift Details: Primarily day shift, with evenings as needed, operating Monday to Friday.
