Job Description:

OTRA Eyewear is seeking a passionate and driven Digital & Marketing Intern to join their team in Los Angeles. This internship offers hands-on experience in all aspects of digital and brand marketing, including content creation, email marketing (EDMs), public relations (PR), and influencer and community events. The intern will work closely with marketing and creative teams in both Los Angeles and Australia, helping shape the brand’s presence and image. The internship is part-time, with the possibility of progressing to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with EDMs: Help create visually appealing EDMs, including visual layout, writing compelling subject lines, and crafting engaging content.
Website Maintenance: Assist in writing website copy and updating website images to ensure the site is current and engaging.
Paid Ad Content Support: Support the production and optimization of paid advertising content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, including moodboarding, writing creative copy, and assisting with content filming.
Event and Collaboration Coordination: Help coordinate PR brand events, brand activations, influencer gifting initiatives, and community collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
PR Agency Support: Support the USA PR agency by tracking press features, compiling media lists, and assisting in the rollout of new campaigns.
Social Media Content Contribution: Contribute to day-to-day digital and social media content, including capturing behind-the-scenes footage, assisting at campaign photoshoots, and organizing user-generated content (UGC) and content creators.
Community Management: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to oversee the social media community, including responding to DMs, engaging in comments, and interacting with followers through broadcast channels.

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone who is passionate about fashion, digital trends, and digital culture.
• Proficient in using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possesses a strong understanding of social media trends and an eye for maintaining brand consistency.
• Eager to learn and excited to contribute to a fast-growing and dynamic brand.
