Job Description

This is an Internship position within the Marketing & Advertising Department, scheduled to start in Summer.

Position Overview:
The intern will play a supportive role in the day-to-day operations across critical digital experience areas. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with tasks related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Supporting efforts in social listening.
• Contributing to the enhancement of website experience.
• Helping to gather information for various projects.
• Preparing simple reports.
• Providing support for ongoing projects aimed at improving the digital experience for our users.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Desired Major: Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
• Desired Class Year: Open to all years.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and user experience.
• A willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Possession of curiosity and openness to try new things.
• A strong commitment to follow through on assigned tasks.

Compensation:
The salary for this internship position ranges from $19 to $26 per hour.
