Description: Digital HR Intern (Summer 2025)
Ingredion offers an exciting summer internship opportunity for ambitious students in their Digital HR team. The internship will run for the summer of 2025 and requires a 40-hour work week. The role involves working closely with various teams including the Digital HR COE, HR Continuous Improvement, and Shared Services Teams. The intern will contribute to projects focused on HR process, workflow automation, technology, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Partnering with Workday/ServiceNow HRIS managers and Global Process Owners: Analyzing business issues, recommending process improvements, and documenting current and future-state experiences and process designs.
• Participating in requirements definition workshops: Documenting technology solution requirements, creating test plans, and performing solutions testing.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Portfolio Managers: Creating project plans and compiling project progress updates.
• Working with People Analytics leaders: Performing data analysis, developing reports, generating business insights, and creating executive presentations.
Currently pursuings:
• Education: Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred. Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least two years of coursework.
• Skills: Problem-solving and critical thinking, strong organizational and prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong business insight and continuous improvement skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, resourcefulness, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
• Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations and technical report writing), strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Power BI is a plus.
• Other: Reliable transportation is required, and candidates must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
