Job Description: Digital Creative and Media Content Internship

This 12-week summer internship (June 2nd – August 22nd) offers a hands-on experience in digital content creation for Brakebush’s corporate recruiting and talent management team. Located at their Westfield, Wisconsin corporate campus, the internship is primarily office-based with a flexible schedule (as approved).

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop original marketing content by creatively reimagining existing media, focusing on Brakebush’s brand story for use at job fairs and recruiting events. Craft a digital story documenting the intern’s 12-week experience, highlighting past intern success stories for future intern recruitment.
Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital asset library, editing images for brand consistency. Develop visuals for the company website to enhance user engagement and job promotion.
Video Production: Operate audio/visual equipment and software; capture and edit video content. Handle miscellaneous tasks related to video production, editing, and asset management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, video production, digital media, or related communication arts field.
• Strong creative and visual skills with an eye for design.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Canva.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, and photography is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, public speaking experience, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strategic, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• Junior or Senior standing (minimum 60 credits completed) with a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
