Job Description: Digital Content Intern
SPORTFIVE’s Summer Internship Program in New York City offers a 10-week paid internship (June 2nd – August 7th, 2025) for students and recent graduates interested in digital content and social media. The internship provides hands-on experience within the U.S. Digital Team, an industry leader in digital consultation, fan engagement, influencer marketing, paid media, creative services, and digital monetization.
The intern will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to various projects and participating in the Summer Internship group project. Responsibilities include:
• Social Media Content Creation: Assisting in the creation of social media content for key sports accounts.
• Social Media Tool Utilization: Understanding and utilizing various social media tools and platforms, including content generation and management, social listening, and platform management.
• Performance Reporting: Supporting the execution of business performance reporting.
• Creative Brainstorming: Contributing to marketing and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Best Practices: Learning best practices for content creation and social media strategy.
The internship is paid at an hourly rate of $16.50, with a schedule of 32 hours (Monday-Thursday) or 40 hours (Monday-Friday) per week, plus additional hours for events. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation. Applicants should be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program. All fields of study are welcome, but a demonstrated interest in digital content and social media is essential.
