• Mission: Shape how digital money and blockchain-enabled solutions are used in commercial banking, turning emerging technologies into real-world products that deliver value for clients.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the development and launch of Digital Assets propositions across Business & Commercial Banking.
• Support the rollout and continued development of stablecoin-based transfer capabilities.
• Develop business cases, proposition requirements, and product roadmaps to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Manage products through their lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to launch and ongoing development.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Platform, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Coverage, and Group Digital Assets teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate Director level. Core domain knowledge in Digital Assets, Payments, Transaction Banking, Commercial Banking, FinTech, or related areas of financial services.
• Experience: Product management experience, including taking products or propositions from concept through to launch, and delivering products through complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Digital Assets, including stablecoins, tokenisation, digital wallets, or blockchain-enabled financial services. Strong communication, partner management, and influencing skills to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
• Bonus: Experience of wholesale Digital Assets, regulated stablecoins, tokenised deposits, or digital cash solutions. Knowledge of evolving Digital Assets regulation or experience working with fintechs, industry bodies, and market infrastructure providers. Experience in Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, Invoice Finance, or Working Capital products.
