Job Title: Digital Advertising Intern

Job Summary:
Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and competitive Digital Advertising Intern to join its dynamic Marketing team. This paid internship offers students, recent graduates, and professionals exploring the marketing field an exceptional opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience, comprehensive on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development in digital advertising.

Schedule & Commitment:
Location: This is a full-time, onsite role.
Hours: Part-time, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Fridays Off).

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in auditing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign settings, including targeting, budgets, creative, and bidding strategies, to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Review geographic targeting, audience segments, and campaign structures to identify optimization opportunities.
• Pull, organize, and maintain performance reports to help track key metrics and campaign results.
• Support ongoing monitoring of live campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong performance across accounts.
• Document findings from audits and reporting in a clear and actionable format for the team.
• Assist with competitor research and industry trend monitoring to inform campaign improvements.
• Complete administrative and operational tasks as needed to support day-to-day digital advertising management.
• Collaborate with the digital team to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Complete special projects as directed by the Marketing/Advertising Leadership team.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.
• Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
• Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Observe all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Qualifications:
• University Degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Marketing and/or digital advertising experience preferred but not required.

• Professional and efficient approach to handling inquiries.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with customer databases.
