Location: Spokane

Salary Range: $24.47 – $34.37 per hour

What You’ll Do – Your Design in Action
- Contribute innovative design ideas that reflect context, creativity, and client vision.
- Assist in producing high-quality drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless outcomes.
- Apply judgment to evaluate and implement architectural solutions for small to moderate projects.
- Support construction administration including site visits, RFIs, and submittals.
- Remain aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Ensure deliverables reflect both design excellence and technical precision.
Requirements
Competencies
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required.
- Working knowledge of zoning and building codes and construction systems.
- Ability to generate and communicate strong design ideas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Client-focused mindset and collaborative work ethic.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the production of plans, specifications, and material approvals.
- Support coordination of construction and design documents.
- Assist with construction administration tasks including site visits and punch lists.
- Address redlines and produce delegated project deliverables.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Contribute innovative and context-driven design solutions.
Your Background – Build on a Solid Foundation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience.
- Occasional project-related travel.
