About the Design Management Internship Program

The Design Management internship at LCS is a full-time, 12-week program, running from May through August (40 hours per week). This program offers a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact the business. The internship will culminate in a presentation to the senior leadership team, where interns will highlight their project outcomes and overall summer experience. Throughout the program, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations within the senior living industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to real-world projects that will be implemented within the organization.

  • Present your project outcomes and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
  • Gain a broad understanding of the senior living industry and LCS operations through mentorship, dedicated training, and shadowing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Possessing strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Obtaining a degree in Architecture or a related degree program.
  • An eagerness to learn and contribute enthusiastically to a mission-driven organization.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the entire 12-week program.
