This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of orders, directly impacting customer satisfaction and supporting overall store operations, with opportunities for growth into management and beyond.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $20.00 hourly, plus tips and mileage
• Mission: Safely deliver orders and contribute to efficient in-store operations.
• Tech Stack: Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Delivery: Drive safely and efficiently to deliver customer orders to their specified locations.
• Operations: Operate all store equipment, including ovens and dough shapers, to prepare various Domino’s products.
• Inventory & Orders: Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and accurately receive and process telephone orders.
• Maintenance: Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily to maintain hygiene standards.
• In-Store Support: Periodically assist with inside tasks such as food preparation and general cleaning within the store.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least 2 years, with a licensed driving history of at least 2 years. Must maintain an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years during the last 2 years. A safe driving record is required, including no more than 1 violation and 1 at-fault accident in the last 2 years, and no serious violations in the past 5 years. Access to an insured, registered vehicle for delivery is mandatory, and you must be an insured driver on the policy. Mandatory availability for holidays and weekends.
• Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen, and use navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area. Essential motor coordination for rapid and accurate hand/finger movements is required.
