Job Description:

Position: DEI/CSR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: VP of DEI
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sustainability, social impact, talent acquisition, and diversity programming. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful work that supports both our external community engagement and our internal commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role includes administrative, communication, event coordination, and project support related to CSR and DEI efforts, including the ASM Global Acts Foundation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support CSR and DEI initiatives through content creation, communications, social media, and marketing materials
• Track and report Foundation donor records, catalog CSR activities across venues, and generate improvement insights
• Coordinate administrative tasks including email management, document preparation, and grant processing
• Conduct research and benchmarking on CSR, DEI, and employee volunteerism and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and venue staff to support integrated initiatives
• Contribute to visual design projects aligned with company values and campaign goals
• Develop key skills in communication, project management, and strategic collaboration through hands-on experience
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the evolving CSR and DEI programs

Qualifications:

• Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Nonprofit Management or Business
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Creative mindset, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks
