Detailed Job Description:

Highbrow LLC is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a focus on AI/ML for a long-term, W2 position in Austin, Texas. This is an onsite role requiring US Citizenship. Supply chain knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.

The role involves data-driven problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will utilize a variety of tools and platforms including Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing raw data to identify trends and patterns.
• Translating raw data into meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
• Developing and implementing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to optimize inventory across the supply chain network.
• Designing interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with data engineers, other data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Continuously exploring and implementing new analytical techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Data Science experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, proactiveness, and a self-starter attitude.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire for continuous learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with Snowflake, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and data visualization.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management analytics is desirable, but not required.
