What You’ll Actually Do
Correspond with Participants: Draft and dispatch letters to request essential supplementary details regarding active reports and pension claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is acquired for processing.
Conduct External Research: Utilize internet resources to gather and verify information pertinent to ongoing cases, supplementing internal records as needed to complete pending items.
Establish Participant Records: Initiate and organize new participant files, subsequently sending out official acknowledgement letters to confirm receipt of information or initiation of services.
Maintain Database Integrity: Update and refine existing data entries within the company’s central database, leveraging information identified through internal record checks and external research to ensure accuracy.
