Analyst, Data Governance & Enablement – Privacy | KeyBank

• Mission: Provide foundational support for data governance and privacy operations to ensure data integrity and compliance across the organization.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Management: Maintain and track updates for data and analytics governance documentation, including standards, procedures, controls, job aids, and training materials.
• Regulatory Support: Support the execution of activities related to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) within the organization.
• Quality & Remediation: Coordinate data quality assessments, log observations and issues, and facilitate remediation efforts.
• Control Management: Assist with or own the development, enhancement, execution, and testing of governance-related controls.
• Reporting & Metrics: Help prepare reports and dashboards that present governance metrics and provide updates to executive stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Equivalent experience is required.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, analytics, or related fields is required.
• Skills:
* Data governance documentation and standards management.
* Privacy regulation (GDPR) compliance support.
* Data quality assessment and issue remediation coordination.
* Development and testing of data governance controls.
* Preparation of governance reports and dashboards.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
