Key Responsibilities

• Data Auditing and Correction: Exclusively focus on auditing, correcting, and standardizing course and university data within the Course Finder system to ensure consistency and usability.
• Quality Assurance: Perform structured and rigorous quality checks to ensure 100% data accuracy across all entries.
• Issue Identification: Proactively identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information within large datasets.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain clean, updated, and comprehensive records in internal systems.
• Tool Utilization: Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and internal dashboards for efficient data tracking, manipulation, and reporting.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to validate data, address discrepancies, and close identified data gaps.
• Data Hygiene: Actively contribute to ongoing data hygiene efforts and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of errors.
