Data Entry Clerk | DNAM Brands
The Tone:
This is a role at DNAM Brands, located in Commerce. The company is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join its warehouse team. This position is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely data management across various systems, directly supporting the efficient movement of inbound and outbound shipments and overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and organized individual contributing to the smooth flow of information within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation & Record Keeping: Sort and prepare all documents for data entry, maintaining accurate records related to the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Data Entry & Processing: Accurately enter documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing within Aspire and other specified platforms.
• Label Creation & Data Integrity: Support with label creations and actively locate and correct any data entry errors to maintain high data accuracy.
• Shipment Coordination: Make delivery appointments for inbound shipments and pick-up appointments for outbound shipments, updating the respective receiving and shipping logs for Operations.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties and perform other related tasks as needed to support the warehouse team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Core domain knowledge in data entry or administrative support.
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry or administrative roles. Demonstrated ability to use platforms such as Fedex, UPS, and EDI Providers.
• Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and effective time management.
• Bonus: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of a WMS system or other type of Warehouse Management system, and familiarity with BarTender Software.
