• Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley
• Position Overview: The role involves providing services to support the day-to-day operational objectives of the data analytics & AI team. This team functions within an acute care hospital, medical group/foundation, and ambulatory care environment, all part of an integrated, not-for-profit health care system.
• Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Participating in projects and programs relevant to the needs of the assigned area.
• Engaging in the planning and implementation phases of projects and initiatives.
• Conducting research and reporting activities.
• Formulating recommendations or proposals for action based on research and analysis.
• Education Requirements:
• Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree OR have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
• Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Aptitude for Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to perform data and process analytics.
• Solution Formulation: Capacity to formulate effective solutions based on analytical findings.
• Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build effective working relationships and strong general interpersonal skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
